Lamborghini recently unveiled the updated 2023 Urus at Pebble Beach in August, with the debut of the 2023 Urus Performante. Now Lamborghini has revealed the second version of the Urus, the Urus S.
The Urus S is powered by the same twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 as the Performante, which generates 666 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. Since the S doesn’t get the Performante’s weight reduction of 104 pounds, it will be a little slower. Lamborghini says that the Urus S will accelerate from 0-62 mph 3.5 seconds, while the Performante does it in 3.3 seconds. The Urus S has a top speed of 190 mph.
The 2023 Urus is more customizable than before with the availability of more options, like matte titanium 22-inch wheels, diamond bronze 23-inch wheels, an exposed carbon fiber roof, and matte or glossy black exhaust tips.
We’re still waiting to hear about a Urus hybrid, since Lamborghini plans to electrify its whole lineup by 2024.
