GMC says that low-end torque has also increased by 25 percent and the V8 is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. In terms of styling, there aren’t any big changes, but the front fascia has been updated with a new bumper and grille. There are also new wheel designs and six new paint colors to choose from. Inside there’s an available 13.4-inch touchscreen.
The 2024 Sierra HD also gets a new Denali Ultimate trim, which gets a unique grille, dark chrome trim, full-grain leather that wraps the seats and door panels, a suede headliner. It also gets a 12-speaker Bose audio system, sixteen-way power massaging front seats and a 15-inch head-up display.
On the tech front, there’s a new transparent trailer camera and a new Gross Combined Weight Rating Alert system that will warn the driver if they have exceeded the truck’s gross combined weight rating. Front Pedestrian Braking has been added as well.
