Finally, Britney Spears is going to personally address for the first time in recent years in her controversial conservatorship, with a court hearing set for June 23.

“The conservatee has requested that. I seek from the court a status hearing. At which she can address. The court directly,” Britney’s attorney. Sam Ingham III told Judge.

Sam did not reveal the specific matters that Spears would like to address, but he shared that the hearing would pertain to the “status of the conservatorship.”

“My client asked that. It be done on expedited basis,” her attorney added, pointing at the urgency with which the 39 years old star would like to appear before the court.

Because of this request, Judge Penny set this status hearing for June 23 at 1:30 p.m. PT at Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

The judge also granted a motion. Allowing the sealing of documents from public view. Pertaining to Jodi Montgomery. The temporary conservator. Of the person set to take over. For Britney’s father. Jamie Spears, in September.

The “Toxic” hitmaker has been under a court-ordered conservatorship for the past 13 years – her father, Jamie, 68, has also been part of this conservatorship – which came following a series of a highly publicized mental breakdown she faced in 2007.

Since then, Britney has been high-functioning enough. To do two world tours. Release four albums. And put on a wildly successful. Four-year residency. At Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Despite all of this, her finances, estate, and career are still controlled by her dad.

The singer’s career and finances are still under partial control of her dad, who is now co-conservator along with the wealth management firm Bessemer Trust over Britney’s estate. Britney wants her father removed entirely from her conservatorship, revealing to the court via her attorney in Nov. 2020 that she is “afraid” of her dad and that “She will not perform again. If her father is in charge. Of her career.”

Sydney Chase, the woman who allegedly ‘hooked up’ with Khloe Kardashian‘s boyfriend, Tristan Thompson behind her back in January, has posted screenshots that claim the Good American Founder has reached out to her.

According to The Shade Room, Chase reportedly had shared then deleted a screenshot on Saturday. That appeared to show the KUWTK star, reaching out to her amid the claims of infidelity.

The screenshots show two private messages that appear to be from Kardashian, the first of which says ‘Hey Sydney. This is Khloe,’ The Instagram model scrubbed the rest of the message out with white paint.

While another says, “I would appreciate. If our conversation can remain confidential. [prayer hands emoji].”

Tristan made headlines again. After Sydney claimed she and the Boston Celtics player hooked up, while he was already gotten back together with Khloe.

Jake Gyllenhaal describes that staring opposite Aniston in the early aughts as “torture” because of his unrequited ‘crush’. The 40 years old actor reflected on the difficulties he had faced with Jennifer Aniston when he was asked about what it was like to film a romantic scene with her, by the host Howard Stern on “The Howard Stern Show.”

“It was torture, but it was also not torture,” the actor revealed with equal sarcasm. “I mean, come on. It was like. A mix of both.”

The host then submitted that Jake might have had to warn the ‘Friends’ actress about feeling “a protrusion,” and he replied that R-rated moment was generally “awkward.”

“There are maybe 30. 50 people watching it,” Gyllenhaal said. “That doesn’t turn me on. Most of the time, it’s oddly mechanical. Also, it’s a dance. You’re choreographing for a camera.”
